Pre/post workout formula containing a.o. branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) in 4:1:1 ratio, glyceryl monostearate, vitamins and minerals, intended for physically active adults. *Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance. **Vitamin C and niacin contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
